The breakfast had great options (especially the fresh fruit). The staff were attentive and ensured a seamless experience. The pool area was spacious and well kept. I used the gym and found a good variety of equipment available. I found the overall facilities really good.

the breakfast was wonderful many dishes were cooked to order all were delicious coffee was perfect with all the usual options i booked a club room i was offered a suite this room was fabulous it had a massive balcony and the most wonderful view

i found the club lounge disappointing we were told different things about dress code the canapés were poor we waited a long time for drinks the afternoon tea was pleasant a waiter questioned taking a pepsi out i found these rules strange

The breakfasts were really delicious, and everything tasted very fresh (i especially loved the variety). i ate at the japanese restaurant, tomo, and it was well worth visiting. the pool was great. I was escorted to the sun beds and parasols were arranged around me.

the billing process required some follow-up at reception upon my departure.
